Early Access Purchase
A one-time payment of $19 grants 12 months of access to NexusAudit upon public launch of the service, subject to these terms and any checkout or product terms presented at purchase.
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your early access purchase, contact us within 30 days of payment at hello@nexusaudit.io to request a refund.
Service Availability
NexusAudit is planned to launch in Summer 2026. The exact launch date is subject to change. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to waitlist and early access customers.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexusAudit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for early access in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
